we are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.

all items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have original tags or packaging. after 10 days, all sales are final.

please email online@hanselfrombasel.com for a return authorization code before returning or exchanging items. we cannot issue refunds or exchanges without this code.

customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. hansel from basel is not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
