"Editor-at-large Gigi Guerra recently turned me onto Creatures of Comfort, a Melrose Street boutique that carries an expertly curated, refreshingly original mix of indie designers like Mary Ping to more widely known labels like Loeffler Randall. I went on to their site to check out their e-shop and discovered they're in the midst of a massive sale. My biggest temptations: Emma Cook's bubble-shaped cropped jacket, a ballerina-ish, sheer black chiffon dress by Alexandre Herchcovitch, and Grey Ant's crisp khaki shorts with braided trim—all more than half off.
Not on mark-down but equally tempting for my east coast-dwelling reality are the thigh-high Hansel From Basel striped socks which are as adorable as they are practical for layering under pants for added warmth."

I have loved the band, Blonde Redhead for as long as I can remember. My dear friend and wardrobe extraordinaire, Lauren Tafuri styled their new music video "23" directed by Melodie Mcdaniel. Singer,Kazu Makino will be shim shimmying in Hansel from Basel socks.
